Billing, in plain words
Refund Policy
In force from 14 October 2026. A Gals.ai payment is final once it goes through. You can stop the next renewal at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected], she stays yours until the period you paid for ends, and money only comes back in the three situations described below.
What a subscription pays for
Every plan on our pricing page is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in USD. It buys access to your girlfriend, her memory of you and everything the plan includes for that whole period, not a count of messages. Access for the period opens as soon as the charge succeeds. The free interactive demo on the homepage lets you text her and see her remember before you pay, so the decision is an informed one.
By subscribing you ask us to start straight away and accept that any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right ends once the Service has begun.
When a payment stays paid
- You changed your mind, got busy or no longer want a companion.
- You barely chatted, or did not chat at all, during a paid period.
- The plan renewed because it was still active on the renewal date.
- You cancelled right after a renewal had been taken.
- Her replies, mood or personality were not quite what you pictured.
- You picked a different plan or term from the one you meant to.
- A feature you expected is not one the pricing page lists.
- Days left in a period after you cancel, as periods are not split pro rata.
- Another person used your account because the login was shared.
- The account was closed for breaking the adults-only rule or the acceptable use in our Terms of Service.
The three exceptions
- A double charge. A fault in our billing took payment twice for the same period.
- A proven unauthorised charge. Your card was used without your consent, you tell us within 14 days of the charge, and our account records and the payment operator's records confirm it. Saying so is not enough on its own, and we may ask you to confirm you reported it to your card issuer.
- A total outage. A confirmed fault on our side left the Service completely unusable for a sustained period, you let us know while it was happening, and we were unable to fix it. Slow replies, one feature acting up, or problems with your own phone, browser or connection are not included.
A refund we grant never goes above what you paid for the affected period, is returned to the card that was charged, and closes the matter without creating a right to any further refund.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account within 14 days of the charge, with the date and amount of the payment and the exception you believe applies. We do not consider requests sent later, from another address or through another route, and we do not reopen declined requests. Starting a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first breaches our terms and leads to permanent closure of the account.
Renewals and cancelling
Plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Cancelling in your account settings, or by email to [email protected] from the address on your account, takes effect at once and switches off every future renewal. It does not undo a payment already taken, and your plan stays active until the end of that paid period.
If a renewal payment is declined, the amount for the new period is still owed and the payment operator retries it over the next few days. Each retry is the same unpaid invoice, not a new charge, and a renewal collected late after retries is not refundable. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the date shown in your account.
Records we keep
Creating an account means accepting our Terms of Service, which include this policy, and our Privacy Policy. Before you pay, checkout shows the plan, price, billing period and automatic renewal. For each subscription we keep the purchase time, the plan and price shown, your acceptance of the terms, the emails we sent and an account activity log (sign-ins, plan changes, sessions) with the technical details recorded alongside each event. The payment operator keeps its own record of the transaction, including the card's issuing country and the 3D Secure result. Refund requests and chargebacks are assessed against these records.
Payments before this policy
Payments made before 14 October 2026 are governed by the terms in force on the day of purchase.
