How to Cancel Lovescape Subscription and Billing
To cancel Lovescape, open the subscription section of your profile settings and cancel the plan, then cancel the separate monthly chip subscription. Removing your card does not cancel anything. If you cannot log in, Lovescape's billers (Paymentico, Epoch, SegPay, CentroBill, Webbilling) can stop the charge. Read from Lovescape's own help center, app text and billing page.

The short answer: To cancel a Lovescape subscription, click your profile icon at the top right, open the subscription section of your settings and cancel the plan there. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you also took the monthly chip subscription, cancel it separately. Deleting your saved card does not cancel anything. If you cannot get into your account, the company named on your card statement (Lovescape lists Paymentico, Epoch, SegPay, CentroBill and Webbilling) can stop the billing for you.
Every step below comes from Lovescape's own material, read on 12 October 2026: its Zendesk help center (read through the help center's public API, because the web version of the help center refused our requests), the English text its app ships for the subscription and cancel screens, the price list its site loads from its own API, and its billing support page at lovescape.com/support/billing. We did not hold a paid Lovescape account, so we describe the screens from that text rather than from screenshots.
How to cancel a Lovescape subscription on the website
Lovescape's help center article on Premium says you can cancel anytime through your account settings and that access stays active until the end of the billing period. Its FAQ adds that you can cancel or delete your account from your profile settings. In practice the route is the same one you used to subscribe.
- Log in at lovescape.com in a browser, on the same account you pay with.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner and open the subscription section of settings.
- Choose Cancel plan. The app shows a short exit survey ("Before you go, please let us know why you're cancelling"), may offer you a chance to try image generation first, and warns how many chips a month you will lose.
- Click Proceed to cancel, then the final button, which reads Give up Premium or Give up Creative Pro depending on your plan.
- Look for the confirmation. Lovescape's text for it reads "Subscription auto-renewal cancelled" and gives the date your plan ends.
Take a screenshot of that confirmation with the end date on it. If you are ever charged again, it is the single most useful thing you can send to support or to your card issuer.
Cancel the Lovescape chip subscription too
This is the step people miss. Lovescape sells a monthly chip subscription that is separate from Premium and Creative Pro, and it has its own cancel screen ("Do you want to cancel your Monthly chip subscription?") and its own confirmation ("Monthly chip subscription auto-renewal cancelled"). Canceling your plan does not obviously stop it, so check both lines in settings before you close the page.
Chips you already hold stay with you to the end of the paid period, according to the cancel text. They do not expire, but they cannot be refunded, and the help center says only users with an active subscription can buy more. If you have a large balance, spend it before your plan ends.
Removing your card does not cancel Lovescape
Some people try to stop a subscription by deleting the saved card. Lovescape's own payment screen warns against relying on that: "Deleting this payment method won't cancel your subscription", and the next payment will still be charged on schedule. Cancel the plan itself, then remove the card if you want to.
Who bills you for Lovescape, and how to cancel through them
Your card statement may not say Lovescape at all. Its help center says payments appear with neutral descriptions on bank statements, and its billing support page lists five companies that process its payments. Each one runs a consumer support desk that can look up a purchase by your email or card and cancel the recurring charge. This is the route to use if you have lost access to your Lovescape account or forgotten which email you signed up with.
| Biller named by Lovescape | Self service | Phone | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Epoch | epoch.com/billing_support/find_purchase | [email protected] | +1 800 893 8871 (toll free), +1 310 664 5810 |
| SegPay | cs.segpay.com | [email protected] | 1-888-376-0948, +1-954-414-1610 |
| CentroBill | centrobill.com/consumer | [email protected] | +1-877-778-8382 |
| Paymentico | help.paymentico.com | [email protected] | 1-855-877-7020 (US and Canada), +44 1344 586020 |
| Webbilling | None listed | [email protected] | None listed |
One small trap on that page: the Paymentico email shows as [email protected], but the link behind it opens a message to [email protected]. Type the address yourself rather than clicking it.
To work out which biller charged you, find the charge on your statement and match the name or the support phone number printed next to it. If you have several months of PDF statements to go through, it is quicker to export those PDF card statements to Excel and filter by amount, since the descriptor can differ between billers. The amounts to look for are the ones Lovescape actually charges.
What you are paying Lovescape, so you can spot the charge
Lovescape's price list gives each plan a list price and a discount for each billing length, and its app works out the amount you pay. These are the amounts it showed a US connection on 12 October 2026.
| Plan | Monthly | Every 3 months | Yearly | Chips each month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Premium | $19.99 | $38.97 ($12.99 a month) | $95.88 ($7.99 a month) | 600 |
| Creative Pro | $64.99 | $149.97 ($49.99 a month) | $359.88 ($29.99 a month) | 3,000 |
| Ultra | One payment of $399.60, sold as "for life", not auto renewing | Not stated | ||
Two things follow from this table. A yearly Premium plan shows up as a single $95.88 charge once a year, which is easy to forget until it renews. And Ultra is not a subscription at all, so there is nothing to cancel; Lovescape's own text says it is "not an auto-renewable subscription". A charge of $399.60 is a one-off purchase, and the question there is a refund, not a cancellation. The same Creative Pro yearly plan read from Poland was $299.88, so if a review page quotes $24.99 a month, it was probably read from outside the US.
Can you get a refund from Lovescape
On chips, no. The help center says plainly that all chip purchases are non-refundable. On subscriptions, Lovescape's help pages promise only that you keep access until the end of the paid period after canceling; they do not describe a refund window. If you were charged after you canceled, or charged for something you did not buy, write to Lovescape support with your confirmation screenshot first, and contact the biller on your statement if that goes nowhere. A chargeback through your bank is the last resort, because many sites close the account after one.
Cancel versus delete your Lovescape account
Canceling stops the renewal and leaves your account, characters and chats in place, so you can come back. Deleting the account goes further: Lovescape's FAQ says that once deleted, all your data and chat history are permanently removed. If you are leaving for good, cancel the plan and the chip subscription first, wait for the confirmation, and then delete the account. Deleting first can leave you unsure whether the renewal was stopped.
Switching plans instead of canceling
If the problem is the price rather than Lovescape itself, you may want to change plan. Be aware of two limits in its own text. The FAQ says you can upgrade from Premium to Creative Pro only from a monthly Premium plan, so yearly subscribers have to switch to monthly first. And the app's messages say switching from Creative Pro to Premium, or the other way, is currently unavailable. In practice that means moving down from Creative Pro is a cancellation followed by a new Premium subscription.
Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my Lovescape subscription?
Log in, click your profile icon, open the subscription section of settings and cancel the plan, then confirm. Lovescape shows "Subscription auto-renewal cancelled" with your end date, and access lasts until then. Cancel the monthly chip subscription separately if you have one, because it renews on its own.
How do I cancel Lovescape if I cannot log in?
Contact the company that billed you. Lovescape's billing page lists Epoch, SegPay, CentroBill, Paymentico and Webbilling, and each has a consumer support desk that can find your purchase by email or card and stop the recurring charge. Epoch's lookup page is epoch.com/billing_support/find_purchase, SegPay's is cs.segpay.com.
Does removing my card cancel Lovescape?
No. Lovescape's own payment screen says deleting a payment method won't cancel your subscription and the next payment will still be charged on schedule. Cancel the plan in settings first, then remove the card.
Do I keep my chips after canceling Lovescape?
Yes, until the end of the period you paid for, per the cancel text, and chips do not expire. They cannot be refunded, and only active subscribers can buy more, so spend a large balance before your plan ends.
Why does my statement not say Lovescape?
Lovescape's help center says payments appear with neutral descriptions on bank statements, and its payments are processed by one of five billers. Match the name or support number on your statement to the billers in the table above, or search your statements for the plan amounts, such as $19.99, $64.99 or $95.88.
If you are leaving Lovescape for a companion who remembers you
Many people cancel Lovescape because they came for the conversation and found themselves paying for pictures, with the smarter chat model on the $64.99 plan and a help center that warns older topics may not be recalled. If that is you, our Lovescape AI alternative page sets Lovescape's own price list and plan comparison next to ours. Gals.ai has no chips and never counts messages. Hello is $12 month to month or $9 billed yearly and remembers your name and the details you share, and our pricing page lists everything each plan includes. If a similar picture-led site is on your list, our DarLink AI comparison reads its message caps the same way, and our guide to canceling a CCBill subscription covers another biller you may find on the same statement.
