CrushOn AI Pricing: Tiers, Unlimited, Refunds

The short answer: CrushOn AI sells five paid tiers to new buyers: Standard at $5.99 a month, Premium at $14.99 (list price $19.99), Luxe at $39.99, Elite at $89.99 and Imperial at $199.99. Every tier is metered in monthly Message Credits. Unlimited messaging is not part of any of them; it is a separate package at $39.99 a month or $299.99 a year, which CrushOn's own copy calls "still in the testing phase". Each tier also caps how much chat history you can browse per character, from 300 messages on Standard to 1,500 on Imperial, and CrushOn's terms say it will not refund usage fees. These figures come from CrushOn's own plan-list API as archived on 3 May 2026, its pricing copy as archived on 28 July 2026 and its terms as archived on 20 September 2026.

We did not use review sites for any of this, and that matters here, because pricing pages written from memory or from an old screenshot go stale fast on a product that has retired a whole tier. CrushOn's live site answers scripted requests with a Cloudflare security check, so we went to archived copies of CrushOn's own pages and its own plan-list responses, which list every tier with its price, its yearly price and its history limit. CrushOn AI pricing: every tier, monthly and yearly

Source: CrushOn's plan list as its own API returned it on 3 May 2026, archived by the Internet Archive. Prices are USD and may have changed since. The plan list also carries a Deluxe tier at $49.99 a month and $358.88 a year, but both Deluxe entries carry an offline timestamp of 20 August 2025, so we treat Deluxe as closed to new buyers. If you see Deluxe described elsewhere as the way to get unlimited messages, that was true before it was taken off sale.

Premium is the one to read carefully. The list price is $19.99 and the price field underneath is $14.99, so what you are shown depends on whether CrushOn is displaying the discount at the time. We quote $14.99 because that is what the plan list charges, and we note the list price so the gap does not surprise you.

Is the yearly plan worth it?

On the numbers, yes, if you are sure you will stay. The yearly discount is steep on every tier. Premium billed yearly is $94.88 against $179.88 for twelve monthly charges, a saving of $85, which is 47 percent. Luxe saves $179.89 a year, Elite $279.89 and Imperial $599.89.

The catch is in the terms. CrushOn does "not offer partial refunds or credits for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, or downgrades." A yearly plan is therefore a bet that you will still want CrushOn in eleven months. If you are testing it, or testing it against other apps, pay monthly for the first month and switch once you know. Cheap-per-month only helps if you use the months.

Does CrushOn AI have unlimited messages?

Not on any normal plan. Every tier's pricing card reads "{count} Message Credits / Month", and when you run out the site shows a pop-up telling you that you are out of messages, with a button back to the plans. Unlimited messaging is sold separately. The standalone package list, archived on 28 February 2026, prices it at $39.99 a month or $299.99 a year. The plan list prices tiers with the bundle attached, too:

• Standard with the unlimited chat bundle: $45.99 a month, against $5.99 without.
• Premium with the bundle: $49.99 a month, against $14.99 without.
• Luxe with the bundle: $69.99 a month, against $39.99 without.

Put plainly, unlimited messaging on CrushOn costs roughly $30 to $40 a month on top of your tier. And CrushOn does not promise it will stay the same. Its own copy says the Unlimited package "is currently still in the testing phase, and in the future, it may be subject to changes in accordance with the rules of other companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic."

If you do not buy the package, you top up. CrushOn's FAQ explains that coins convert one to one into bonus messages, which are used once your subscription allowance runs out, and that you can also buy packs of 1,000 or 3,000 messages with money. Larger models burn credits faster: the interface warns "This model will cost {price}x credits" before you switch. Voice is priced separately again, "by character count", in credits.

What you actually get for the money: history and memory

The history column in the table above is the part most people discover too late. CrushOn's interface explains it in its own words: "Standard membership can only browse 300 messages, upgrade to browse more." At the top tier the line becomes "Imperial membership can browse 1,500 messages. You've reached the maximum limit." Regenerated replies count too, because "All branch messages share the same message limitation."

For a long roleplay that is a real ceiling. Three hundred messages is an evening or two of steady back and forth, after which the start of the story is out of reach on Standard. The pricing copy also sells memory in a second sense: 8K memory on the free tier and access to "16K" and "24K" memory models further up, which is the amount of text the model reads before each reply. The copy does not say which paid tier gets which size, so we do not guess.

This is the practical reason searches like "crushon ai bad memory" exist. The model is not forgetting at random; the tier you paid for decides how far back you can go.

How to cancel CrushOn AI, and whether you get a refund

CrushOn's Terms of Service, as archived on 20 September 2026, give the path: Profile, then My Subscription, then Manage, then Cancel Subscription. Service stays on until the end of the billing cycle. The terms add: "Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the next billing cycle, which will not be refunded."

Where you cancel depends on where you paid:

• CrushOn's own card checkout: the Profile path above. The terms name Basis Theory as the service that tokenizes card details.
• App Store or Google Play: cancel in the store's subscription settings, per CrushOn's FAQ.
• Anything else: the FAQ says to use Manage Subscription "to return to the website where you pay your bill. Like, Subscribestar, Paymentwall, etc."

On refunds, the terms are short: "We will not issue refunds of usage fees." They go further on chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your card company outside of fraud, CrushOn "may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future transactions" from every card and account involved. The company named in the terms is TECHIEPIE LTD, registered in Cyprus, which is worth knowing when you go looking for the charge. Because the payment can come through CrushOn's own checkout, a store, or a third-party billing site, the name on the statement varies, and the easiest way to find every renewal is to turn a year of PDF card statements into a file you can search for the amounts in the table above.

Which CrushOn tier should you buy?

It depends on one thing: how many messages you send. If you chat a little, Standard at $5.99 is cheap and the credit cap will rarely bite. If you chat every day, you will hit the allowance and face the choice between topping up and the unlimited package, and at that point Standard plus unlimited is $45.99 a month. If long stories are the point, the history cap matters more than the credits, and only Elite or Imperial give you 1,000 or more messages of history, at $89.99 or $199.99 a month.

That last case is where a lot of people stop and look around. If what you want is one companion who remembers you over months rather than a catalog of characters, you are paying CrushOn for a history allowance that a single-companion app does not need to ration.
