SpicyChat Subscription and Premium Pricing by Tier

The short answer: A SpicyChat subscription costs $5.95 a month for Get a Taste, $19.95 for True Supporter and $29.95 for I'm All In, or $60.00, $199.95 and $299.95 a year. Those prices took effect on September 8, 2026; before that the tiers were $5.00, $14.95 and $24.95. Memory is what you pay for: 4,096 tokens of context on the free tier and Get a Taste, 8,192 on True Supporter and up to 32,768 on I'm All In. Fees are non-refundable once you have used the account.

Most SpicyChat price lists online still show $5, $14.95 and $24.95. Those were right until early September and are wrong now. We read the price list that SpicyChat's own subscribe page loads, three times from a US connection on 8 October 2026 with identical results, along with its documentation, its terms of service and its refund policy. Every figure below comes from those sources, and where SpicyChat's own documents disagree with each other we show both.

SpicyChat premium prices by tier

SpicyChat sells three paid tiers, each on monthly or annual billing. There is no quarterly plan in the price list, although the site's code could display one. The subscribe page labels the annual plans "Save 17%".

True Supporter is the plan the subscribe page selects by default. In the price list the top tier is spelled "Im All In", without the apostrophe, while the documentation writes "I'm All In". Read from an EU connection, the same list returned the same numbers in euros, which matches SpicyChat's note that euro pricing equals the dollar price.

The September 2026 SpicyChat price increase

SpicyChat's own pricing update FAQ says the new prices "took effect on September 8, 2026". The middle tier went up the most, by a third.

If you subscribed before September 8, you keep your old price "as long as you keep it active and don't change plans". The catch is in the second half of that sentence. Upgrading, downgrading or switching between monthly and annual billing moves you to the current price, so a True Supporter on $14.95 who switches to annual pays $199.95, not $149.95. Let a subscription lapse and you lose the old rate as well.

The subscribe page also says the subscription renews automatically until you cancel, that you can cancel up to 24 hours before the current period ends, and that you will be notified in advance if the amount increases. If you want a warning before any renewal lands at a new price, you can set an alert for unusual card charges and see it the day it posts.

What each SpicyChat tier includes

The tiers differ mainly in how much of the conversation the model can see at once, how long its replies are and which models you can pick. This is the feature list from the price list itself, with the context and reply figures from SpicyChat's tokens and context documentation.

Context is the number that decides how long a story holds together. A chat uses whichever is lower, the tier's limit or the chosen model's own maximum, so the 32,768 figure on I'm All In only applies with a model that supports it. Get a Taste does not raise context at all: its 4,096 tokens are the same as the free tier, and what you buy is no ads, no waiting line, a memory manager and more personas.

Unlike most apps in this category, SpicyChat sells no coins, credits or image packs. We searched its price list, its code and its documentation and found none. Images and voice come with the tier or not at all.

Is SpicyChat free?

Yes, SpicyChat has a free tier, and its subscribe page describes it as "Unlimited Messages". The free tier has ads, waiting lines, 4,096 tokens of context and 180-token replies. Its code also contains a message for a daily message limit, set on SpicyChat's server, so the cap you meet may depend on demand. Paying removes the ads and the queue first; memory only grows from True Supporter.

Which SpicyChat tier is worth paying for

If you are only there to skip the queue and the ads, Get a Taste at $5.95 does that, and nothing else changes about how the characters remember you. If long roleplay keeps losing the plot, the first plan that doubles the context is True Supporter at $19.95 a month, which is also the one that went up most in September. I'm All In makes sense for people who want the largest models, voice and images on their own private characters, at $29.95 a month or $299.95 a year.

On annual billing the effective monthly price is $5.00, $16.66 or $25.00. That is the cheapest way to pay if you are sure you will stay a year, but remember that switching billing later resets you to whatever the price is then.

How to cancel a SpicyChat subscription and get a refund

Open your profile, choose Manage Subscription and follow the link to the payment platform you used. Your benefits continue to the end of the current billing cycle. SpicyChat's iOS app was removed from the App Store on 27 August 2025, and Android is distributed as a direct download, so most subscriptions are billed on the web rather than through Apple or Google.

Refunds are narrow. The refund policy says fees "are non-refundable once the Login details have been used" and that there are no refunds or credits for partial months, and payments by crypto and through Boosty are excluded. The subscribe page's FAQ says refunds are available only under exceptional circumstances. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date if you do not want the next period.

How SpicyChat takes payment

From a US connection the price list offered card, Cash App, Alipay and CoinPayments, plus one more provider. SpicyChat's documentation also names Pay By Bank, a one-time payment that does not renew, and Boosty, and the subscribe page mentions SubscribeStar. Its terms name Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Remember that crypto payments are excluded from refunds.

Where SpicyChat's own documents disagree

A few of SpicyChat's pages contradict each other, which is worth knowing before you pick a tier on the strength of one number.

• The comparison table on the subscribe page lists 16K context for I'm All In, while the price list and the documentation say 32K.
• The I'm All In card says it "Remembers 4x More" and its own description says "Remembers 8x More".
• The premium features page sells 4K context as a Get a Taste perk, while the tokens page gives the free tier the same 4,096.
• The free tier is described as unlimited messages, and the code still carries a daily message limit message.

Where they disagree, the price list and the tokens documentation are the more specific sources, which is why the table above uses them.

SpicyChat versus one flat companion plan

SpicyChat is a library of community characters, permissive about content and built for roleplay, and if that is what you want it is a reasonable price for what it does. If what you actually wanted was one companion who remembers your life over weeks, the comparison changes. Gals.ai is one girlfriend rather than a library, she texts you first from the Sweetheart plan, and she keeps what you tell her as lasting details rather than a window of recent tokens. Hello is $9 a month billed yearly or $12 monthly, Sweetheart $19 yearly or $24 monthly, Soulmate $39 yearly or $49 monthly, with no ads and nothing to top up. Gals.ai is tasteful and never explicit, so for unfiltered roleplay SpicyChat remains the better fit.
