NDAI CHAT charge: what NDAI CC is, which NextDay AI product billed you, and how to cancel

Work out which of the four products billed you

The descriptor is identical across all four, so it cannot tell you which one you used. Three things can.

Start with the email address the charge is attached to, then search that mailbox for the four product names below. Every one of them sends a receipt or a welcome message at signup. If the mailbox is empty, check whether the card is on a shared account, because these are consumer products bought in a browser and a saved card is all it takes.

• Search your email for "GirlfriendGPT", "Spicychat", "PixelChat" and "AdventureGPT" separately. The receipt names the product even though the card statement does not.
• Check your browser's saved passwords for gptgirlfriend.online, spicychat.ai, pixelchat.ai and adventuregpt.com.
• Check the date the charge recurs. These are ordinary recurring subscriptions, so the anniversary date usually matches the day you first signed up.
• Do not expect to find it in your Apple or Google subscriptions. These products bill on the web, so the app stores have no record and no cancel button for them.

How to cancel an NDAI CHAT subscription

Cancel in the product you signed up for, logged in with the account that pays. There is no central NextDay AI account page that manages all four, which is why the company's billing page starts by asking you which product you bought.

GirlfriendGPT is the one most people land here for. Its cancel flow lives inside the product: a manage-subscription page, then a confirmation dialogue whose own text reads "Your subscription will no longer be renewed after the end of your current plan." That is the normal arrangement, and it means you keep access until the period you already paid for runs out.

One thing worth doing in the right order: cancel first, then ask for a refund if you want one. A bank dispute raised before you have cancelled usually leaves the subscription running, and several companies in this category treat disputes as grounds for closing the account.

• Log in to the product with the email the receipt went to, not a new account.
• Open the subscription or billing area and cancel there. For GirlfriendGPT that is gptgirlfriend.online/checkout/manage-subscription.
• Take a screenshot of the confirmation. It is the only proof you will have if a further charge appears.
• If you cannot log in, use that product's support link from the table above rather than the generic company address.
• Deleting an app or a bookmark cancels nothing. The subscription is tied to the account, not the device.

Why you could not find the price before you paid

This is the part that surprises people, and it is worth knowing because it explains the mystery charge itself.

We checked on 21 September 2026 whether GirlfriendGPT publishes its prices anywhere a logged-out visitor can read them. It does not. The paths a buyer would try, /pricing, /plans, /membership, /premium and /upgrade, all return 404, and so does an invented control path we requested alongside them, which is how we know the server is not simply answering 404 to everything or 200 to everything. The plan table is loaded from an API after you sign in.

So the sequence that produces a mystery charge is ordinary rather than sinister: you sign up, you see the plans for the first time inside the product, you pick one, and the descriptor that lands on your statement six weeks later is a set of initials you have never seen. The product's own checkout text does warn you, in a line most people scroll past, that the purchase will appear as NDAI.CHAT.

• GirlfriendGPT names three paid tiers in its own interface: Premium, Deluxe and Elite.
• Its plan selector footnote says the monthly figure shown is the discounted rate you get by paying for a year, and that paying month to month costs the standard monthly price instead.
• Its interface also carries an upgrade prompt reading "Upgrade to Elite or Deluxe to prevent your character from losing memory", so long-term memory sits on the paid side.
• Its code contains a live pricing experiment flag, which means not every visitor is necessarily shown the same plan layout.

Is NDAI CHAT a legitimate charge?

It is a real company with a real product, and the charge is the ordinary kind. NextDay AI publishes a support page specifically for this descriptor, which is not something a fraudulent biller does. GirlfriendGPT's own site footer names three corporate entities behind it: NextDay AI Incorporated in Montreal, NextDay AI USA Inc in Delaware, and NextDay AI EU Ltd in Cyprus.

That is not the same as saying the charge on your card is one you authorized. Those are different questions. If you can find the signup email, it is yours and you can cancel it in a couple of minutes. If you cannot find any trace of it in your mailbox, your browser or your password manager, treat it as you would any unrecognized recurring charge: contact your bank, and ask them to look at the merchant record, which carries more detail than the four letters printed on your statement.

What a subscription like this should look like instead

The reason a charge becomes a mystery is almost always that the price was never visible at the moment of decision. Ours is: $9 a month billed annually, $12 month to month, on the pricing page, before any signup.
