Nomi AI Pricing: Nomi AI Cost, Plans and Credit Packs

The short answer: Nomi's Standard plan is $15.99 a month, $39.99 a quarter or $99.99 a year on Apple's US App Store, read on 6 September 2026. A cheaper Launch Plan sits below it at $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year, and five packs of consumable Nomi Credits run from $4.99 to $99.99 on top. The annual Standard plan is the standout number: at $99.99 it is 47.9 percent below twelve monthly payments, which is one of the deepest annual discounts in this category.

Every figure here came out of Apple's own US listing for Nomi, published by AI GLIMPSE INC, which we read on 6 September 2026 and re-checked in full on 8 September 2026. Nothing is quoted from a review site. If a number here has changed by the time you read it, the listing is right and we are stale.

How much does Nomi AI cost?

$15.99 a month on the Standard plan, or $99.99 for a year, which works out to $8.33 a month. Nomi also sells a cheaper Launch Plan at $9.99 monthly or $59.99 annually, and a quarterly Standard option at $39.99. Consumable Nomi Credits are sold separately in five sizes.

Here is the complete In-App Purchases block, taken from the Information section of the listing that also names the seller as AI GLIMPSE INC. That matters more than it sounds: an App Store page carries a recommended-apps carousel further down, and a plain text search for a price on one of these pages will happily hand you a number belonging to a different product entirely.

What is the Launch Plan and should you take it?

The Launch Plan is Nomi's cheaper recurring tier, $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year. Nomi does not publish, on any page we could read, what it includes relative to Standard, so treat the name literally: it reads like early-adopter pricing rather than a permanently supported product tier.

That uncertainty is worth pricing in. A plan whose name implies a launch window may not be there to renew into in two years, and if it is withdrawn you land on Standard at $15.99. The $6.00 a month you save is real, but it is worth confirming what the plan actually gets you on the upgrade screen inside the app before you assume it is the same product for less.

Is the Nomi annual plan worth it?

Mathematically it is the clearest yes in this category. $99.99 against $191.88 is a saving of $91.89, so the annual plan breaks even against monthly billing after about six and a quarter months. If you expect to still be using Nomi next summer, paying monthly costs you almost double for the same product.

The counterweight is the obvious one. A year is a long commitment to an app you have used for a week, and companion apps have an unusually high rate of people trying them for a fortnight and never opening them again. The sensible sequence is a month on Standard, or on the Launch Plan, and only then the annual commitment.

Whichever you pick, the charge renews on its own. An annual companion subscription is exactly the kind of payment that leaves your account eleven months after you stopped thinking about it, which is why it is worth having recurring charges categorized automatically rather than discovering one on a statement. Deleting the app never cancels the billing.

The quarterly plan is the worst deal on Nomi's list

One row in that table is worth stopping on. Standard Plan Quarterly at $39.99 reads like a saving, because it is cheaper than three separate monthly charges. Across a full year it is not. Four quarterly payments come to $159.96, against $99.99 for the annual plan covering the same twelve months of the same tier. Paying Nomi by the quarter costs you $59.97 a year for an identical product.

It does still beat monthly billing, which runs to $191.88. So the ranking on Standard is annual at $99.99, then quarterly at $159.96, then monthly at $191.88, and the quarterly option only earns its place if you know you will not commit to a year but still want to shave $31.92 off the monthly route.

There is a coincidence here that makes the whole category easy to remember. Paying Nomi quarterly for a year costs $159.96. Kindroid's annual plan costs $159.99. Four cents apart. If you are on Nomi's quarterly plan you are spending Kindroid-annual money on the app with the cheaper annual price.

Nomi AI pricing vs Kindroid pricing

Nomi and Kindroid are the two companion apps most often compared on memory depth, and they are the right pair to price against each other. We read both listings on the same day and re-read both on 8 September 2026.

The headline is that identical monthly prices hide a $60.00 annual gap. Both apps ask $15.99 to start, but a year of Nomi costs $99.99 and a year of Kindroid costs $159.99, because Nomi discounts the commitment nearly three times as hard. If you already know you want a companion app for the long run, that single row is the whole comparison.

Kindroid goes the other way at the top of its range, with two subscriptions above its entry plan that Nomi has no equivalent of. Same $15.99 a month, but one of these apps has not shipped since March

Apple stamps a most-recent-release date on every listing, and it is free information that almost nobody checks before subscribing. Read on 8 September 2026: Kindroid's current iOS version is dated 18 August 2026, about three weeks old. Nomi's is dated 31 March 2026, which is more than five months.

That is not a price, but it belongs in a pricing decision, because what you are actually buying with a companion subscription is a year of somebody continuing to work on the model behind it. Two apps asking the same $15.99 to start are not the same purchase when one of them shipped last month and the other has been quiet since spring.

Read it as a question rather than a verdict. A quiet listing can mean a small team shipping server-side changes that never need a new binary, and Nomi's product may be improving without the App Store showing it. It can also mean a project running out of momentum. Either way, if you are about to hand over $99.99 for twelve months, the release date is worth the ten seconds it takes to look at.

Does Nomi publish its prices on its own website?

We could not establish this either way, and we would rather say so than guess. Re-checked on 8 September 2026, nomi.ai answers its homepage normally with an HTTP 200, but every sub-path we requested came back 429, including /pricing, /plans and invented control URLs that have never existed. A 429 is a rate limit, not a routing decision, so it tells you nothing about whether a page exists.

One pass did return a 404 for a control URL while /pricing and /plans were still returning 429, which would have been the interesting result, because it would mean those two paths exist and are merely being throttled. It did not reproduce: on the next pass both controls returned 429 alongside them. A single non-repeating observation is not a finding, so we are recording Nomi's web pricing as unknown rather than building a claim on it.

That is a genuinely different result from Kindroid, where /pricing and /plans returned 404 while the control also returned 404, which shows the server is routing honestly and the pages really are absent. With Nomi we simply could not get an answer. Anyone reporting that Nomi does or does not publish a price list should say which of those two situations they were in.

Do Nomi Credits expire, and what are they for?

Nomi sells credits as consumable in-app purchases in five packs, and the per-credit price falls sharply with size: $0.125 each in the 40-credit pack down to $0.056 each in the 1800-credit pack. Nomi does not publish an expiry policy anywhere readable, nor how many credits a subscription includes before you need to buy any.

That second gap is the one that makes this category hard to shop. A subscription price is only half a budget when the app also runs a second currency you top up separately, and neither Nomi nor Kindroid tells you in public how fast you will burn through what the plan gives you. If you are credit-sensitive, run a full month on the cheapest recurring plan and watch the balance before you commit to a year.

How do you cancel a Nomi subscription?

If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple is the merchant and the cancel control lives in your Apple account subscriptions screen, not inside Nomi. Deleting the app does not stop the billing, and this is the single most common way people end up paying for a companion app they stopped using months ago.

Cancelling also leaves the conversation history sitting on the vendor's servers unless you separately ask for deletion.
