Secret Desires AI pricing and the hearts on top of it

The subscription page shows three tiers. Pro is $7.99 a month and comes with 100 hearts. Ultra is $13.99 with 200 hearts and adds voice cloning. Max is $19.99 with 300 hearts and adds face swap and an experimental chat engine. All three include unlimited messaging.

Hearts are where the real spend goes. The packs in the same configuration run from 50 hearts for $4.99 up to 10,000 for $519.99, with stops at 100 for $8.99, 250 for $21.99, 500 for $39.99, 1,000 for $69.99, 2,500 for $149.99 and 5,000 for $279.99. Per heart that is 9.98 cents in the smallest pack and 5.20 cents in the largest.

Review sites tend to steer readers to the 1,000-heart pack at $69.99 as the sensible middle. On the vendor's own numbers it is not the value pick: at 7.00 cents a heart it sits in the middle of the range, and every larger pack is cheaper per heart. Whether a bigger pack is worth it depends on how fast you spend hearts, not on which pack has a badge.

The quarterly and yearly discounts are smaller than the labels

The billing switch on Secret Desires' subscription page labels quarterly billing "Save 10%" and yearly billing "Save 20%". Work the numbers from the same page and neither label holds.

Three months of Pro at $7.99 is $23.97 and the quarterly price is $21.99, a saving of 8.3 percent. Three months of Ultra is $41.97 against a quarterly $39.99, which is 4.7 percent. Yearly is the same story: twelve months of Pro cost $95.88 against $79.99 yearly, Ultra $167.88 against $139.99 and Max $239.88 against $199.99, a saving of 16.6 percent on every tier.

The configuration also carries a fourth SKU called Premium, mapped to the Max tier, at $119.88 a year with 3,600 hearts. That is the same 300 hearts a month as Max for $80.11 less than Max's listed yearly price, and it matches the "$9.99 a month billed annually" figure that at least one 2026 review quotes for a single Premium plan. We could not see who is offered it, so treat it as a price you may or may not be shown.

What the Secret Desires terms say about refunds, your content and disputes

The Terms of Service, last updated 26 March 2026, have a section titled Subscription and Refund Policy. It says "All sales are final and non-refundable except for EU residents who are granted a 14-day withdrawal period", and adds that no refunds will be issued "for dissatisfaction, misunderstanding, or technical issues." A yearly Max plan is $199.99 committed on day one.

The content section is the one most people skip. You keep ownership of what you submit, but you grant Secret Desires a "nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license", and the termination section adds that ending your account "does not affect SecretDesires.AI's rights to your Content." Its FAQ says your data is never shared or sold, which describes current practice; the license describes what the company is allowed to do.

The terms also send every dispute to binding JAMS arbitration with a class action waiver. The opening note says "You have the right to opt-out of arbitration as explained below", yet the arbitration section below it contains no opt-out procedure, no deadline and no address for one. We read it twice.

What Secret Desires AI does better, honestly

If you pay Secret Desires for media, it does far more than we do. Before you switch, cancel Secret Desires and check your statement

Cancel from your subscription settings on Secret Desires before you sign up anywhere else, and do it a few days before the renewal date rather than on it. The subscription page's own downgrade dialog says you keep your current benefits until the end of the billing period, so cancelling early costs you nothing.

To find past charges, look for SDAI. Secret Desires' FAQ says your billing "shows up as SDAI with a generic descriptor", which is discreet and also easy to miss when you go back through a year of statements. The price configuration references several payment processors, so the exact line on your statement can vary by how you paid. If a renewal you meant to stop has already gone through, the terms leave you no refund outside the EU, which is one more reason to cancel early.
